How should I store Acana pet food?
Ideally, you should store your Acana pet food indoors, in a cool, dark place. Use a re-sealable container constructed of food grade plastic. The original package also works very well, provided it's rolled tightly to maintain airtight conditions after opening. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures increases oxidation and reduces shelf life, as does exposure to direct sunlight.
Refrigeration is not required. A storage temperature of 10 - 20 degrees Celsius is ideal.

Great for a fussy pussMy three cats have been fed a leading high meat cat food for years but recently one of them became ill and it was a struggle to get him to eat anything.we tried Wild Prairie and he suddenly became an eater again. The other two also love this food . It is not cheap but worth the cost as we are no longer taking our fussy puss to the vet regularly to get all sorts of tests and injections to give him an appetite. He has put weight back on and his fur is beautifully glossy and silky. It obviously fills up all the cats because we always weigh their food portions and All of them whilst eating with obvious enjoyment ,do not eat as much volume as they did so the bag will probably last a little longer.
Lovely cat foodMy cat really enjoys this product. So superior to other dry cat food from other manufacturers. It keeps her healthy.
