UselessDoesn’t work. Batteries are difficult to insert and almost impossible to remove. Waste of money

My kitten loves itMy 14-week old kitten adores this, particularly at night, and chases it all around the house. The only issue I've had is that the screw mechanism for the ball seems loose and so the ball does occasionally come apart when it's hit too hard against the skirting board.
